We went to a friend's house for a little NYE dinner last night and Miss Makaela got her first midnight kiss...technically it was at about 7pm, but let's not get hung up in the details.
It was totally unprompted, so obviously it was out of pure love. Makaela was innocently sitting on the floor next to the fridge, playing with an old cell phone, when her 2 year old friend Kevin (an older dude, uh-oh) swooped in ever so sweetly for a big wet one.
And then he said "ewww!"
There was a whole lotta slobber in that lip-lock.
Makaela just sat there staring with her mouth hanging open, drool a-flowin'.
